Can I get physical samples before placing a full order?
Absolutely — and we strongly recommend ordering samples before placing any large custom print order. You can request blank stock sample packs for a small flat-rate shipping fee to evaluate material thickness, zipper function, sizing, and finish quality in person. Custom pre-production printed samples with your exact artwork are available for a $150 setup fee, which is fully credited back to your balance when you place a full qualifying order of 500+ bags within 60 days.
What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?
For the absolute highest print quality, we prefer vector files delivered in AI, EPS, layered PDF, or SVG format with all text outlined and embedded images at 300 DPI or higher. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files at a minimum of 300 DPI are also acceptable but may not scale perfectly to all custom bag sizes. Our in-house design team can also work from rough sketches, existing logo files, brand mood boards, or even verbal descriptions. Complimentary design support is included with every custom print order.
Do you ship internationally and offer discreet plain packaging?
Yes, we ship daily to over 40 countries worldwide including all of Canada, the United Kingdom, all EU member nations, Australia, New Zealand, and most of Asia-Pacific. All international orders ship via DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS with full door-to-door tracking and shipping insurance for the full order value. Discreet plain brown corrugated box shipping with zero external branding or labeling is available upon request at absolutely no additional cost — just note your preference during checkout. Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your destination country's local import regulations.
